Hands down the best customer service and willingness to have a job done right. I had a transmission replaced with these cats and although a lengthy process, Harley was an absolute professional throughout the whole process. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy I will only be taking my care here from now on and I recommend you do the same.

I wish I could give this shop 10 stars! RC Motors was able to get my car in, diagnose the issue, and fix it in just 1 day while many other local shops had two week backlogs. Everyone I dealt with was kind and explained to me what was going on. They communicated with me every step of the way, and I felt that me and my car were in good hands. The rates were reasonable and much cheaper than dealership service. My car has been running better than ever since I got it back. I will be bringing my car back the next time it needs service!

I highly recommend RC Motors to everyone!! They have taken great care of our trucks. If I call Harley and need something, he always takes excellent care of us, he is our rock star! He has exceeded my expectations over and over again. I had the pleasure of working with Chris while Harley was on vacation and he is excellent to work with as well. We have been doing business with RC Motors for the past 5-6 years and they have never let us down. Very pleased with the work and quick turnaround on my 2018 F150. Had major engine issues and they fixed it up and runs great. Chris was professional and informative on what they needed to do. Highly recommend if you need any work, especially a major repair, to use RC Motors.

We had an incredible experience with this shop! My husband encountered an issue with his 2022 GMC while traveling for work and was near the dealership in Kentucky where we purchased the vehicle. Unfortunately, it took them over a week to respond, only to tell us we would need to have it towed elsewhere for repairs. We found that other places were charging exorbitant prices and were not eager to assist us. Thankfully, we were referred to this shop, and we had the truck towed from Kentucky to their location. Being locals, we felt much better having someone from our community handle the repairs. They made the necessary repairs and were completely transparent from the start about the potential costs and the price of parts. I highly recommend this shop!

I highly recommend RC Motors Service & Detailing! This business is honest, responsible, and very knowledgeable. It's rare to find a place where you feel completely confident that you're being treated fairly, but this shop delivers that peace of mind every time. Owner, Chris Harris, takes the time to explain the work being done and never tries to upsell services you don't need. You can tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. I’ll definitely continue bringing my car here and will continue to recommend them to others.

These group of guys saved me! After a job was performed by a previous mechanic for a different company didn’t do the job right, RC Motors were understanding, considerate, efficient, and affordable. Most importantly they repaired my car and got me driving again on the same day! They have a customer for life!

Excellent service. I've been on two occasions. Both times I needed my car repaired fast, and RC Motors succeeded. I have to return for more work, which I look forward to.
